They approached MSL to assist in achieving the appropriate accreditation, with a tight timescale being agreed.

Procedures and policies were written that ensured conformance to the Standards across all relevant areas of the client’s business, and employees were made conversant with their roles and responsibilities. After implementation, all production line operatives and supervisors were trained to self manage the system to ensure on-going compliance. Performance indicators were put in place throughout the entire organisation and the appropriate documentation was agreed and formulated.

The result? Not only did the client achieve the highest possible A* BRC accreditation, Global Standard Issue 3 – Consumer Products within the agreed timescale, but listings were achieved with most of the targeted multiple retailers shortly after, more than justifying the cost of obtaining the accreditation.

MSL has moved to new high tech premises.  The new facility, consisting of 5 laboratories has been purpose built inside to house the very latest in testing equipment.
